Our Refund Promise

6-Week Group Mentorship (£150 one-time payment)

  • Full refund available within 7 days of purchase if you haven’t attended any calls or accessed program materials.

  • After 7 days or first session access, no refunds — you’ll have received personalized insights, materials, and our full commitment to your reset.

Premium Membership (£25/month)

  • Cancel anytime before your next billing date — no questions asked.

  • No refunds for partial months already billed or accessed content.

  • Membership auto-renews monthly unless cancelled via your account dashboard.

What Doesn’t Qualify for Refunds

To keep our commitments fair for everyone:

  • Change of mind after 7 days (Group) or first access (Premium).

  • Completed or partially attended sessions/calls.

  • Downloaded materials or recorded content accessed.

  • Life circumstances after the refund window (we’ll support you through ongoing access instead).

How to Request a Refund

  1. Email cflourish@yahoo.com with “Refund Request” in the subject.

  2. Include your full name, purchase date, and program level.

  3. We’ll process eligible refunds within 5 business days to your original payment method.
